This is a work in progress scene which will have both hero props created by me as well as modular assets that can be used to create office type scenes akin to this.
The Shelves were modeled using both Maya and Zbrush. I created a low-poly version first then a High-poly version using Maya and Zbrush for the more detailed parts. I created the UV maps in Maya then moved both the high-poly and low-poly versions into Substance Painter.
In Substance Painter I baked the high-poly onto the low-poly and textured it using a walnut texture as well as masking with an ambient occlusion generator to get the darker wood colors.
The walls were modeled in Maya and textured using Unreal materials made by me and maps from Quixel Megascans.
